Elliott went to a Tobacco shop when the Cowboys came to the Northwest Pacific Region. Though that is nothing in the Seattle, it’s not suitable for the Cowboys’ rules.
Cowboys owner Jerry Jones expressed dissatisfaction with Elliott, he said “This is not good” to reply to the outside inquiry. Then the rookie running back apologized to the team.
This Monday, Elliott had an opportunity to spoke on this matter in public for the first time.“It was a bad decision,” Elliott told reporters, via the Star-Telegram. “Just seen it walking around. I was curious. Didn’t really think about it before I went in what the repercussions could have been. It wasn’t like I was trying to hide it or anything. I took pictures with people. It wasn’t like I was up to no good.”
Elliott has received nothing but high praise since being drafted by the Cowboys, so the beginning of his career is good from the present situation.
